Q: Why can't I pay online?
A: Right now, all orders are reservation only. We keep things simple - Trainers can reserve cards online and then pay by cash or e-transfer when picking up at the selected vendor show. This way, you know your cards are set aside, and we get to meet face-to-face when you collect!
Q: Why don't you deliver?
A: At the moment, all reservations are for in-person pickup at the selected vendor show. This helps us keep things simple, meet fellow Trainers face-to-face, and make sure every card is handed off safely. We may explore delivery in the future, but for now, pickup is the way to go!
Q: How long will you keep reserved cards on hold?
A: Reservations are confirmed unless we hear from you 1 DAY before the schedule pickup day. Cards must be picked up in person during show hours at our booth. If they aren't collected they may be released to other Trainers after the show ends - unless you let us know during the show that you'll be picking them up at another agreed time/date. We're flexible, so just communicate with us to keep your reservation active!
